Our Story

Veteran entrepreneur and Viridian Group CEO and Managing Consultant Jason Cupp saw a need for deliverable, end-results based consulting firms. Therefore, he began to do due-diligence on business consultants to learn what worked and what didn't. Through many conversations within Jason's business community, he quickly learned that the impact most consultants had on the businesses they served was overrated.

Thus, Viridian Group was born. There needed to be a firm that would not only consult with companies, but also partner with them to deliver results.

Opportunity did not take long to find Viridian Group. While at a business networking event in Florida, the owner of a Midwest landscape design/build company sat down next to Jason and began to ask questions. He expressed his company had hit a wall and needed to do something to break through. He then asked if Jason knew of any good consultants.
