1.I get lots of calls from consultants. What makes using Kolbe unique?
AnswerSkills can be taught, and personalities can change, but instincts are hardwired into every individual. And because Kolbe is based on unchangeable instincts, it's the only proven way companies can accurately:
- Forecast how teams will perform
- Create teams with the most synergistic mix of people
- Determine whether or not a particular candidate is the right fit for a job
Kolbe's management team tools are completely unbiased and more accurate and effective than "employee assessment" tests or "team building" programs.
2.How do you find out how people approach problems?
AnswerKolbe's propriety research has identified 12 methods of creative problem solving. Effective teams require a wide representation of these methods, with emphasis on those that are appropriate for the task at hand.
Kolbe identifies people's instincts and creates synergistic teams using Kolbe Indexes, diagnostic tools which provide accurate information about how people initiate solutions, respond to situations, and prevent problems.
There are no right or wrong answers to any of the questions on Kolbe Indexes. Everyone brings a valuable combination of instincts to the table, and Kolbe Index results help teams build on individual strengths.
