Our relationship with Corporate Counsel will assist in analyzing the current legal structure of a business and determine if that is the best structure for revenue, number of employees and risk factor. Having an innate knowledge of legal entities allows us to consult with companies on the best way to be set up legally. In some states, we can even facilitate new legal entities, or changes to existing legal entities.
Budget & Financial Analysis
A working knowledge of the financial reports of any business is one of the largest building blocks to forecasting ongoing financial success, as well as being a primary indicator for growth, capital investment, and debt. Our seasoned consultants will review the financial reports (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, etc.) and provide high-level recommendations.
